Calm and tranquillity are the key words! As soon as you arrive, you will be away from it all. The house offers a large living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a shower room with washbasin and toilet. On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. A third bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed. A bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. Large terrace for your meals, aperitifs and lazing around and enjoy a magical view of the vineyards and hills. 3 air-conditioned rooms, 3 bathrooms, it's one of the strong points of this house! The residential swimming pool is just a few metres from the house and for tennis lovers, you will be next door! Large secured swimming pool with paddling pool for the happiness of the little ones. But also two tennis courts, a petanque court, a volleyball court. Facilities : Shower room for the downstairs bedroom and bathrooms with baths for the two upstairs bedrooms as the rooms are attic. Fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, American fridge, washing machine). A large living space with its cozy living room corner, television, wifi. A very pleasant outdoor area: spacious terrace with all its furniture, loungers for your relaxation moments, dining area with plancha and electric barbecue, all while enjoying the panoramic view of the Maures Massif. Coriolan Hamlet is a green setting of several maintained hectares, with a very beautiful community swimming pool, tennis courts. You are in a private residence.
